π What is Jharkhand Eligibility Test (JET)?
The Jharkhand Eligibility Test (JET) is a state-level examination conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC). The main objective of JET is to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges of Jharkhand. It is similar to the National Eligibility Test (NET) but is conducted at the state level.

β Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Masterβs degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for JET.
- Nationality: Applicant must be an Indian citizen.

- General / EWS / BC-II: βΉ600/-
- SC / ST (Jharkhand State): βΉ150/-
- PwD Candidates: Exempted
Fee can be paid through debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
π Exam Pattern
The JET exam is conducted in two papers. Both papers consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
