AKTU Challenge Evaluation 2025: Last Date, Process, Official Notice PDF

The Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow has officially released the notification for the Challenge Evaluation / Scrutiny Form 2024–25. Students of First Year, Second Year, Pre-Final Year, and Final Year who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for re-checking of their answer sheets.

What is AKTU Challenge Evaluation?

Challenge Evaluation is a process where students can request a re-checking of their answer sheets if they feel their marks are incorrect, questions are unchecked, or any evaluation error has occurred. The copy is re-evaluated by expert evaluators, and the updated marks are uploaded on the official portal.

• 1st Year Students
• 2nd Year Students
• Pre-Final Year Students (Final year se ek pehle wala year)
• Final Year Students
• B.Tech, B.Pharm, MBA, MCA, BFAD, BHMCT and other courses

AKTU Challenge Evaluation 2025 Fee

₹2500 per subject — non-refundable.

How to Apply for AKTU Challenge Evaluation 2025?

1. Visit the official AKTU portal.
2. Login using your User ID and Password.
3. Open the “Challenge Evaluation” section.
4. Select your subject(s) for re-checking.
5. Pay fee online via Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking.
6. Submit the form and take printout for reference.

When Will the Results be Updated?

After rechecking is completed, AKTU will upload the revised marks on the official result portal. Students are advised to monitor the website regularly.

Rules Mentioned in the Notice

• Form केवल छात्र ही भर सकता है, कॉलेज नहीं।
• Rechecking के बाद marks बढ़ भी सकते हैं और कम भी हो सकते हैं।
• Fees refundable नहीं है।
• Incomplete forms will be rejected.
• University का decision final होगा।
