When you registered, DigiAlm sends your User ID/Registration Number to the registered email address and/or phone number. Search your email (and spam folder) for messages from "DigiAlm", "BTSC", or "no-reply". Also check SMS from the number used during registration.
Go to the DigiAlm login link and click the "Forgot Login ID/Password" option. You will be asked to provide either your registered email OR registered mobile number. After you enter that, the system will send the User ID (registration number) to your registered email and/or mobile. 4
Many candidates used multiple numbers or multiple email IDs. Try any email/mobile you might have used during registration. If you used an institutional/college email, check that mailbox too.
Look in your phone screenshots, WhatsApp chats (you may have shared it), or a printout. People often save a screenshot of the confirmation page which includes the registration number.
If the "Forgot Login ID" flow cannot find an account for the email/number you entered, proceed to contact BTSC/DigiAlm helpdesk (template and contact method below).
Enter your registered email OR registered mobile number. The portal will send a reset link or password to your registered email/SMS. Follow the link to set a new password. 5
Use the "Change Password" link after logging in. Choose a strong password and save it securely (note it down in a password manager or on paper).
Sometimes automated messages take longer or land in junk. Wait up to 1 hour before contacting support, and check all mail folders (spam, promotions).
When the portal cannot verify your details or your phone number is no longer active, you must contact BTSC helpdesk. Provide ID proof, a clear written explanation, and evidence of payment (if any). Suggested templates are provided later in this post.
If the BTSC result or admit card page requires a registration number and you do not have it:
Possible reasons: wrong mobile number or email used, SMS blocked by operator, or mail landed in spam. Actions:
Explain this in your helpdesk request and attach identity proof (Aadhaar/Passport/10th certificate) and bank payment proof (if fee paid). BTSC/DigiAlm may allow manual verification and help update contact details after identity verification.
Try alternate email/mobile numbers you may have used; if still no luck, send a help request with screenshots and proof of payment.
If automated recovery fails, use the official BTSC Helpdesk contact options (Helpdesk link on BTSC site) and DigiAlm support. When contacting, include the following details to speed up verification:

(Replace with actual screenshots before publishing on your site: registration confirmation email screenshot; DigiAlm "Forgot Password" screen; admit card download screen.)
Q: I lost access to the registered mobile and email. Can BTSC still help?
A: Yes — but you must contact BTSC/DigiAlm helpdesk, provide ID proof and payment proof. They may verify your identity and allow manual retrieval or update contact details.
Q: How long does DigiAlm take to send the recovery email/SMS?
A: Usually within minutes, but allow up to 1 hour, and check spam folders. If nothing arrives, use helpdesk after collecting proof.
Q: Is the registration number same as the application number shown on the confirmation page?
A: Yes — the User ID / Registration Number you receive after registration is used to login and to download admit card/scorecard. Keep it safe.
Q: I paid the fee but receive "no record found" when trying to recover account. What to do?
A: Save the transaction acknowledgement from your bank/UPI and contact helpdesk with that screenshot; include payment reference and your details for manual verification.
If you recovered your registration number and password successfully: login, download and print the admit card, check all exam instructions, carry original ID on exam day, and retain a copy of payment receipt.
If recovery fails even after helpdesk: register your complaint with clear evidence and keep follow-up emails — administrative recruitment teams respond faster if you provide complete documents at first contact.
